I am very pleased to announce that the 54th meeting of the Western Canadian Philosophical Association (with CSEP-SCEP) will be held in my hometown university, the University of Regina from October 13th to 15th, 2017. Having completed my undergraduate degree there, I have fond memories of the Department of Philosophy and Classics in Regina including its many wonderful and intelligent professors.
The keynote speaker is Jennifer Lackey (Northwestern University). This conference includes submissions from all areas of philosophy with papers that should not exceed 4000 words to be presented in 25-30 minutes. The deadline for submissions is July 15th 2017. If you do attend this conference, I recommend checking out Henderson Cafe in the Riddell Centre for one of the best sandwiches you’ll ever taste. I stop by for a veggie wrap every time I go home for a visit. Happy paper writing!

I do believe I am! Haven’t decided which paper yet. I’m writing something on cancer and contingency in early July so it will either be that paper or the draft I have on major transitions! Are you?
